Description
Irinotecan hydrochloride hydrate is a hydrate that is the trihydrate form of Irinotecan hydrochloride. Onivyde is used in combination with fluorouracil and leucovorin, for the treatment of patients with metastatic adenocarcinoma of the pancreas after disease progression following gemcitabine-based therapy.
